The House
The house was built in 1908, in the years when the Oil Region was full of new fortunes and grand ideas. It was a private home first — a Tudor estate with deep porches, intimate residential rooms, and four acres of grounds shaded by mature trees.
Today the estate is under careful restoration. Original woodwork is being brought back to a soft glow, the residential rooms reimagined for hospitality, and the grounds prepared for gatherings — with a light Art Deco hand guiding the details, in keeping with the era the house was born into.
This is stewardship as much as renovation: history kept, not replaced. When The Grove opens late this fall, it will welcome weddings, overnight guests, and celebrations of every kind — the grandeur of an estate with the warmth of a private home.
